Fourteen venues, one reference table
Next due dates are computed from each venue's common deadline rule. Business days count Monday to Friday — venue holiday calendars are not applied, and your own agreement governs. Links point at the venue's official pages.

Method & honesty
How the due dates are computed
Each venue's rule is stored structurally — an Nth calendar or business day, anchored to the month after the usage month (or, for NYSE's in-month cycle, to the reporting month itself) — and the next due date is computed from that rule, exactly as Marketdata.ai's declaration reminders do. A rule like "15th calendar day of the following month" means the declaration covering April is due by 15 May. Every rule shown was checked against the venue's own published reporting documentation.
Two honest limits. Business-day arithmetic counts Monday to Friday and does not apply venue holiday calendars, so a public holiday can shift the effective date. And venues agree bespoke terms: the rule shown is the common case, but the deadline in your agreement is the one that binds you.
About this data
Where it comes from, and how to reuse it
This directory is a public projection of the operational catalogue behind Marketdata.ai's usage-declaration workflows — the same data that routes each declaration to the right template (Nasdaq VRXLS, Euronext Excel, CME VRXML) and computes reminder deadlines for customers. Official links are re-verified when venues move their pages; where a link could not be verified, it is omitted rather than published dead.
The data is free to reuse under CC BY 4.0 with attribution to Marketdata.ai — cite it as "Marketdata.ai Exchange Reporting Directory, https://marketdata.ai/data/exchange-reporting-directory". Exchange reporting, answered
What is a market data usage declaration?
A usage declaration (or usage report) is the periodic statement a firm sends to an exchange listing how many people and systems consumed the venue's market data — professional and non-professional subscribers, devices, and non-display use — so the venue can invoice per its fee schedule. Most venues require one every month, in their own file format, through their own portal.
When are exchange usage declarations due?
Most venues require the declaration for a usage month within 15 to 30 days of month end — the 15th of the following month is the most common rule (Euronext, Deutsche Börse, Nasdaq, Cboe, HKEX, TMX), with ICE on the 20th, ASX on the 22nd, and LSE and SIX allowing up to 30 days depending on licence type. NYSE runs its cycle inside the reporting month itself. The exact rule differs per venue and per agreement: this directory lists each venue's published rule and computes the next due date from it.
What file formats do exchanges require for declarations?
It varies more than most teams expect. Several venues are portal-first (LSE's Reporting Portal, ICE Dashboard, Cboe's Declarations Tool, SIX's Exfeed portal), some take CSV uploads (Deutsche Börse's MD+S interactive, Cboe), some accept VRXML or VARS files (Euronext, NYSE, ASX, CME), and some issue their own Excel templates (HKEX e-mails one each month-end; JPX submits via MICS; Nasdaq uses its VRXLS workbook). Marketdata.ai generates each venue's accepted file from the same subscriber inventory.
Where do I find official exchange market data price lists?
Every venue publishes its market data fee schedule and policies on its own website, and those pages move around — this directory links the current official locations and is re-verified when they change. Fee amounts themselves are not reproduced here: always read the venue's own schedule, which is the document that governs.
Do the computed deadlines account for public holidays?
No — and this matters. The business-day arithmetic here counts Monday to Friday only, without venue holiday calendars, and individual agreements can set different terms entirely. Treat the computed dates as planning reference, and confirm the contractual deadline in your own agreement with the venue.
